I initially started attending Aicha's online classes as I wanted to find space for myself. Things are going super well career-wise, however life is intense adjusting to a new career direction and living life during the pandemic. When I attend the classes and allow myself to breathe, things slow down, tension is relieved. The classes filter through to my everyday life and I am able to return to the breathing exercises whenever I need to. I particularly love the fact that I can do the exercises discretely in public and they offer accessibe comfort and calm whenever I need help.
