Delivery timings

Please note: It is the responsibility of the customer to cover the cost of any additional customs charges for overseas orders placed with us. Once items have left the BreatheByAMCK studio, we are unable to control or predict what these fees might be, as this depends on the country being shipped to. If you have any questions about this, please pop us an email and we will assist wherever we can.

Damaged items
If an order arrives damaged, or you believe it is faulty in any way, please contact contact@breathebyamck.com as soon as possible with a clear photo of the issue so we can appropriately address it for you. If we are not contacted within 14 days of delivery, we will be unable to take responsibility for the damage, unless it is clear the error came from the production stage.
Although we take care to package goods appropriately, accidents can happen during transit, and we will do our best to resolve any issues for you.

You will receive a link to the class shortly after purchase. If you don't see it right away, check your 'promotions’ or ’spam' folder.

Please note:

- All Sunday Breathe class purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- If the class has been re-scheduled by Aicha herself, the customer will be informed via email, and the class will roll over to the next available date.
- All purchased Sunday Breathe Classes are only valid for the date specified at purchase.
- 4-week SBC bundles and programme passes are valid for four consecutive weeks from the purchase date.
- Each individual in need may use the Community Pass once per calendar month to reserve a free spot in a class. This helps us extend the benefits of breathwork to as many people as possible while maintaining a supportive and inclusive community
