On International Women’s Day, I had the honour of hosting Beauty in Power a day of connection, movement, and empowerment at the beautiful Roof Gardens in London, in partnership with Vivobarefoot.
We gathered as a community of incredible women to reset, reflect, and take meaningful steps toward our goals. Through barefoot grounding, breathwork, face yoga, and powerful conversation, we created space to reconnect with ourselves and one another.
We had inspiring talks lead by our conversation leaders Dr. Ateh Jewel, HonDmedia, Dulma Clark, and Judy Koloko with discussions around women’s health, wellbeing, and self-empowerment.
The day was a powerful reminder of the strength, softness, and solidarity within Vivo’s female community. We left feeling grounded, uplifted, and deeply inspired.
